The Impact of Modern Technologies on Communication
Modern technologies have transformed communication, enabling global connectivity and virtual interactions. While they facilitate convenience, broaden social circles, and offer diverse opportunities, they also diminish face-to-face communication skills, foster unrealistic expectations, and lead to social isolation. Young people, in particular, struggle with real-life interactions, relying heavily on digital platforms. This duality highlights a paradox: technology connects individuals globally yet fosters emotional detachment, weakening interpersonal bonds and emphasizing the irreplaceable value of genuine human interaction.
