Nazis and Khmer Rouge: Comparison

This paper examines and compares two of the most brutal and despotic regimes in modern history: the Nazis in Germany and the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. Both regimes engaged in large-scale massacres, targeting people they deemed undesirable based on their ideologies of racial and intellectual superiority. Despite their shared use of violence and terror, the two regimes had distinct goals and methods. The Nazis sought Aryan dominance, while the Khmer Rouge targeted intellectuals and educated citizens.
