Impact of COVID-19 on People’s Lives
The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly affected society, exposing socio-economic inequalities, mental health struggles, and institutional weaknesses. Beyond physical health, it triggered psychological distress, forcing individuals to adapt and reassess priorities. From a sociological and psychological perspective, responses ranged from survival instincts to self-improvement. To mitigate its effects, governments must provide psychological support, while individuals should prioritize self-care and discipline. Despite its challenges, the pandemic has reshaped societal values and emphasized the importance of essential workers and human connection.
