Advantages and Disadvantages Working from Home or Office
The Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the shift to remote work, raising debates about its benefits and drawbacks. Work from home (WFH) arrangements offer flexibility, cost-saving, and improved performance, especially for white-collar jobs. They enhance job satisfaction and work-life balance by eliminating commute times and providing a personalized workspace. However, challenges like poor communication, social isolation, and blurred work-life boundaries remain. Despite these issues, WFH is becoming increasingly preferred for its convenience and long-term advantages.
